I due forni is a straightforward Italian restaurant and pizzeria nestled on Schönhauser Allee, delivering a casual dining experience focused on authentic Roman-style pizzas and classic Italian dishes. The place fits comfortably into Berlin’s bustling Prenzlauer Berg scene, featuring a spacious interior with a lively yet relaxed vibe, decorated with urban touches like posters and handwritten menus that echo the local “Berlin style.”

This spot shines for those who appreciate thin, crispy pizza crusts topped with fresh, quality ingredients. The pizza menu is diverse, offering everything from a simple Pizza Margherita to more distinctive options like the spicy Pizza Diavola or the rich Pizza Mureda with Gorgonzola and oregano. Beyond pizza, the restaurant also serves some Italian staples such as Spaghetti Carbonara, Polenta with Gorgonzola, and a range of desserts including tiramisu and other dolci. A quick espresso or an Aperol Spritz pairs well with the meal, especially for those stopping by during a casual weekday lunch or an early dinner.

The atmosphere is welcoming and unpretentious, making it a solid choice for groups or solo diners looking for hearty, satisfying pizza without fuss. The service tends to be efficient, with pizzas often arriving swiftly even during busier times, which makes it appealing for both dine-in and take-away orders. Locals and visitors alike seem to enjoy the ability to customize their pizza easily, while the pepper oil offered adds an extra kick for those who like a bit of spice.

Overall, I due forni suits pizza lovers who prefer a spot with good portion sizes, authentic flavors, and a no-frills environment. It’s especially convenient for a midweek meal when seating is plentiful, but it also handles larger groups well, with a vibe that balances liveliness and comfort. If you’re in search of genuinely Roman-style pizza in a setting that reflects a casual slice of Berlin’s food scene, I due forni offers a dependable and friendly option.

This is a go-to pizza spot when I visit Berlin. The pizza dough is great and, with so many options, you can easily customize your order to your content. The pepper oil is a great touch, for those who are looking to add a kick to their meal. We were a part of 4 and dined in on a weekday - meaning there were plenty of seating options.

Amazing pizza , super fresh and delicious! The service was impressively fast , we ordered 7 pizzas and they were ready in under 15 minutes. Great value for the price. Perfect for big groups, and the atmosphere is lively yet cozy.

Amazing spot for a pizza. It's that thin pizza crust, done to perfection. You can also taste the quality ingredients. The pizza is quite large too. The ambient has this "Berlin style", with posters and writings on the walls. It's a large space, so there are lots of tables. When I came it was empty, so i got my pizza quickly. Will definitely come back.

We visited Due Forni and really enjoyed the pizza. The crust was nicely baked, and the ingredients tasted fresh. A special mention to the young Indian pizza baker — you can see he takes his work seriously and prepares the pizzas with care. It’s always nice to see someone dedicated and focused in the kitchen. Overall, a good experience and we would come back again. Highly recommended for anyone in Berlin looking for truly great pizza.

The quality of the pizza was pretty good, fresh ingredients as toppings, a bit crunchy as per Roman style. Cool atmosphere, right price and excellent service, we'll definitely come back.
